Human right is the right that people have simply because one is human.They are natural human right education is the practice of impowering individuals, Groups communities through fostering knowledge, skills and attitudes that are in accordance with internationally recognised human right principles.

Human right education in Cameroon was initiated by: the national commission on human right and freedom of Cameroon in 2004.

In 2004 in agit to a bite by the U.N.D.R cards on human right education the teaching of human right provides the learner with knowledge, skill and know how that would enable them to

1. Appreciate and understands human right principles
2. Recognise and identify situations of human right education
3. Actively participate in the promotion and protection of human rights
4. Educate the community on human right in relation to their community needs
5. To encourage the respect of human right in the community and the immediate environment.
6. However human right education is therefore designed to transform the individual groups, community and the Cameroon society as a hole.
