The peopling of Cameroon can be referred to as the movement and settling of ethnic groups in Cameroon. It can be also referred to as the occupation of Cameroon since ancient times.
It is widely believed that people who spoke the Bantus about 2500years ago first occupied Cameroon. The groups which migrated and occupied Cameroon before the 19th century were; Bantu, Fulbe, Pygmies, Kotoko, Sudanese and Semi-Bantu.
