DIRECTED WRITING

The following are required by the candidates; the role the candidate may be asked to assume may be DG of a company or even a journalist.

            This means that the stimulus material presented in front of you is where you are expected to choose what is relevant for you to write. Forget about any other information, but know about subject and use only what is presented in front of you.

Words limitation  The world limitation is 150 and this appears to be a short piece of writing. Do not exceed 150 words because only the first 150  words will be considered during the marking process and this means what ever material you have after the 150 words whether relevant or not will not be read or marked. Also you should not write lessthan 150 words any answer less than 150 words will easily not contain all relevant facts protest and if it contains them , it means they are not well expressed to be on the same side write a traft answer which will contain all the relevant points you have selected so that you do not include irrelevant in your 150 words. Cancel out this draft answer before you start writing your final answer.

Paragraph limitation: writing is not more than 1 or 2 paragraph.
