- REST;
Rest is the state of being inactive partially or completely. It could be physical or mental. We all know that rest is needed after heavy work. Even students who sit in classrooms also need rest. When we sleep, our muscles are relaxed and our body has the time to renew worn out parts. Wastes are eliminated from the body as new tissues are formed. The brain also needs rest. Lack of sleep can cause someone to lose temperature sensitivity (the inability to feel temperature changes).
So, rest and sleep is very necessary for both physical and mental health. Note that apart from sleep, another form is relaxation.
Relaxation: Is a moment when an individual cease to do his or her activity. On the other hand;
Sleep: Is when an individual cease from doing any kind of activity and is even unconscious of anything around him or her.
Importance of rest

- It helps to refresh our mind and increase memory and thinking capacity

Exercise is the regular and systematic movement of body parts. Exercise and recreational activities are important in maintaining good health both physically and mentally. Exercise can be carried out in various ways; jogging, running, playing football, jumping, swimming, singing.
