Branches of biology
Biology is divided into three main branches as shown below:
- Zoology:
This is the study of animals. A person who studies animals is called a zoologist.
- Botany:
It is the study of plant. A person who studies plant is called a botanist.
- Ecology:
It is the study of the relationship between living things and their environment.
