Chapter 1: Quadratic equation

INTRODUCTION

A quadratic equation is an equation of the form ax2+bx+c = 0, where a, b and c are real numbers and a is not equal to 0.

A quadratic equation has a maximum of two roots e.g;

X2-5x+6 =0, has two values of x (roots) which make the equation true which are x=3 or x=2.
