- Then trained workers are encourage them to go for further training
- The personnel department determine the remuneration of workers
- This department takes care of workers welfare by providing sport, canteen and legal assistance
- They keep workers’ time record.
FLOW OF ACTIVITIES IN THE ENTERPRISE
The flow activities in an enterprises is classified into internal flows in flow and external flow.
An inflow of funds occurs when money is earn for the enterprise for example.
- When assets of the enterprise are sold
- When enterprise receives commissions from its operations. An outflow or external flow of funds is a situation when goods and assets are bought by the enterprise.
- When the enterprise pay wages of employees.
