It is used in three ways;
- As a subject;
Example: Working is a good exercise, sleeping makes us grow, studying gives us knowledge
- As a verb
Example: I am dancing makossa, they are wiping the board, he is playing football
- As an object
Example: She likes dancing, he enjoys eating, they like studying
NB: It can also be used as an adjective, example: she bought a cooking spoon
