CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ADMINISTRATION

Hierarchy

Hierarchy is highly respected.

  1. Public works can be transferred, punished, dismissed or retired.
  2. The administrators are appointed by a presidential degree etc.
  3. It is base on regional balance.
  4. It is full of corruption, bias, bribery, tribalism, favoritism etc.
  5. There are administrative secrets.
  6. Administrative are paid according to the grades.

Qualities of a good administrator

A good administrator is someone who manages all the resources at his disposal to the benefit of humanity.

  1. Character: He/she should have that habit to stick to the truth. This will help the right choice.
  2. Leadership: It can be acquired by being opened minded and balanced. And off good behavior. Some people are born leader and not everybody can be leader.
  3. Working Environment: That is create a conducive working environment, avoid hatred, gossips, lies telling, and complains etc to be a good leader.
  4. Sympathy: A good administrator should be able to dialogue, eat, feds like others so that he/she can handless individual cases.
  5. Motivation: This is sign of appreciation with recognition of excellence.
  6. Confidence: That is trust and believes on the collaborators.
  7. Security: A good administrator should provide security, idea, spirituality, financially and morality.
  8. Difficult Tasks: Difficult tasks should be given discipline staff in the public.
  9. Suggestion Box: It should be provided and be reading to record. All task of letters.
  10. The Good Example: It must come from the administrator first. He/she can then ask people to copy his/her example. Example include; hospitality, loyalty, kindness, truthfulness.
  11. Communication: A good administrator should be able to communicate with others.
  12. God Fearing: He/she should be God fearing because the fear of the lord is the beginning of wisdom.
  13. Meeting: Meetings should be organized weekly or monthly to solve problems or to organize things.
