Qualities of a good administrator
A good administrator is someone who manages all the resources at his disposal to the benefit of humanity.
- Character: He/she should have that habit to stick to the truth. This will help the right choice.
- Leadership: It can be acquired by being opened minded and balanced. And off good behavior. Some people are born leader and not everybody can be leader.
- Working Environment: That is create a conducive working environment, avoid hatred, gossips, lies telling, and complains etc to be a good leader.
- Sympathy: A good administrator should be able to dialogue, eat, feds like others so that he/she can handless individual cases.
- Motivation: This is sign of appreciation with recognition of excellence.
- Confidence: That is trust and believes on the collaborators.
- Security: A good administrator should provide security, idea, spirituality, financially and morality.
- Difficult Tasks: Difficult tasks should be given discipline staff in the public.
- Suggestion Box: It should be provided and be reading to record. All task of letters.
- The Good Example: It must come from the administrator first. He/she can then ask people to copy his/her example. Example include; hospitality, loyalty, kindness, truthfulness.
- Communication: A good administrator should be able to communicate with others.
- God Fearing: He/she should be God fearing because the fear of the lord is the beginning of wisdom.
- Meeting: Meetings should be organized weekly or monthly to solve problems or to organize things.
