A sub-division office is divided into:

The private secretariat is headed by a private secretary.
Duties/functions of a private secretary
- Takes care of confidential mails.
- Reception, protocol and security of the divisional officer (DO).
- Decoration and awards.
- Managing relations with the media.
- Any other duty is signed by the divisional officers (DO).
- The General Affairs
It is headed by a bureau head and he is responsible for:
