  • It led to the rise of Serbian nationalization and the annexation of Bosnial and her segovina by Austria.
  • European powers were interested in colonies in Africa eg France and Germany controlled Morocco by 1905-1911
  • All the friendship treaties with Russia collapsed.
  • Kaiser William destroyed Bismarck strategy put in place to isolate France that was why the First World war started in 1914.
