MEASURES ADOPTED BY AHIDJO TO CONTAIN THE U.P.C BETWEEN 1958 AND 1971
  • Ahidjo adopted national reconciliation concessions and conditional amnesty to the U.P.C.
  • Ahidjo launched anti-U.P.C propaganda and branded them as fighters.
