PLEBISCITE

The plebiscide can be defined as popular decision on issues of national importance created by the majority of electorates in favour of alternative questions ask e.g the 11 of Febuary 1961 the united nation supervised a plebiscite in British, Cameroon.

REFEREDUM

            The term referendum originate from the world refers which means throwing back.It means decision on an important political question taken by strictly based on yes or no vote.
