In the domain of the Cameroon worker the government has established a CNPS(Caisse National De La Prevoyance Sociale) . The CNPS has been establish in order to improve all the welfare and the wellbeing of workers during work and retirement. The employer is expected to pay a given percentage of CNPS contribution for the employee.
The money contributed enables the worker to benefits financialy from family and altenatives allowances, industrial accident, pension.
