- The national flag is lowered to end the day work or activities.
- Then after the flag is gently and neatly faulded and the golden star facing up.
- It is finaly taken to the office and carefully preserved in its resting place of sub-sequence use.

- It signifies the sovereignty of the country
- It signifies the independence of the country
- It signifies the authority of the state.
PROHIBITION OF THE FLAG
The national flag most not be used in the following places;
- Should not be hoisted or displaced in private homes
- Should not be hoisted when rain is falling.
- Should never be used in decoration.
- It should never be hoisted in the reversed direction.
