A nephron is the structural and functional unit of the kidney. Each nephron begins in the cortex with tinny structure called the bowman’s capsule which surround a network of capillary called the Glomerulus, the bowman’s capsule continues as convoluted tubules which further continues as the loop of henle and the loop of henle lead to the distal convoluted tubules and empty itself into the collected duct. The afferent anterior lead to the glomerulus and is wither than efferent vessel and it drains blood away from the glomerulus.
