CONJUGAISON

LE FUTUR PERFECT TENSE

Pour conjuguer un verbe au futur perfect tense,  on ajoute l’auxiliaire «to have» à l’auxiliaire « shall » ou « will » plus le past participle du verbe à conjuguer. (« ed »  pour les verbes réguliers et la forme adéquate pour les verbes irréguliers.)

Les différentes formes : exemple du verbe  To study

Forme affirmative

Forme interrogative

Forme négative

NB :

L’on peut écrire  will not ou won’t (forme contractée)

Et

shall not ou shan’t (forme contractée)

I shall have studied

Shall I have studied ?

I shall not have studied

You will have studied

Will you have studied ?

You will not have studied

He will have studied

Will he have studied ?

He will not have studied

She will have studied

Will she have studied ?

She will not have studied

It will have studied

Will it have studied ?

It will not have studied

We shall have studied

Shall we have studied ?

We shall not have studied

you will have studied

Will you have studied ?

You will not have studied

They will have studied

Will they have studied ?

They will not have studied

 

NB :

  • L’indicateur du futur perfect tense est: By this time next, At this time tomorrow, At, this time tomorrow, probably, for, all night long

 

 

La valeur d’emploi du future perfect tense

On emploie le future perfect tense pour :

  1. Dire qu’une action sera terminée à un moment donné dans l’avenir.

Ex: by this time next week, my friend will have finished her exams. (À cette heure la semaine prochaine, mon amie aura terminé ses examens)

Use the future perfect tense to conjugate those following verbs.

  8. They (not arrive)……………………………………yet.
  9. He (not forget)………………………………………………to lock the door.
